Please note, that by booking an appointment you agree to these terms and conditions.
Any dog arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may, due to time restrictions, have their groom refused and be asked to reschedule the appointment.
Due to working a 1-2-1 service, all deliveries and collections need to be prompt. Any collections or pick-ups over 30 minutes late will incur a late collection charge.
At least 24 hours notice must be given for any cancellations or to reschedule the appointment.
Any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 25% of the appointment value. To rebook you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure any future appointments. Any deposits taken can be carried on to future appointments if rescheduling is required, providing enough notice is given.
Text reminders can be sent on request. (We hope to install a system that will automatically send out reminders).
It is advisable to book your grooming appointments in advance, and a grooming schedule will be advised – especially for high-maintenance breeds.
Coat condition and behaviour
Certain breeds need a very regular grooming schedule. You will be advised on this, and booking in advance and keeping to this schedule is vital. Dogs who miss appointments, or go longer than their grooming schedule, will incur an extra charge.
Any matted coats or coats that have not been regularly maintained may also incur extra charges.
Dogs who are not familiar with grooming, or who have issues being groomed could also incur extra charges, for the extra time required for the appointment.
Due to the animal welfare act, matted coats will not be brushed out. The dog may need to be clipped short to avoid stress and injury. Photographic evidence of coat condition will be taken.
Dogs that are in extremely poor condition, or dogs that are overly stressed or aggressive, may have the groom refused or they may be referred to a vet.
Special services such as hand-stripping, hand-scissoring, teeth-cleaning and any behaviour appointments will be priced on each individual animal and each appointment. Please call to discuss before booking.
